yogamaze classes help improve physical fitness, mental clarity, self-understanding and general well-being. These classes also help you become calmer which in turn improve your response to stressful situations of day-to-day life.

Participants learn to practice breathing techniques, loosening exercises, asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), Instant Relaxation Technique (IRT), Quick Relaxation Technique (QRT), and Deep Relaxation Technique (DRT).

Sets of exercises change in every class, targeting different muscle groups. This change greatly improves strength and endurance in the abdominal area, upper and lower back, arms and hands, shoulders, glutes, hips, legs and feet. The focus of these classes is bringing mindfulness to the above practices and that increases flexibility, balance and mental focus.
