Yoga for Spine Health and Well-Being

Online/In-person Classes (In-Person classes only available for tri-valley location)

This includes yoga practices to heal issues with the spine, back and neck pain, and stress reduction, with a focus on deep relaxation, followed by meditation and pranayama.

All regularly scheduled classes have been moved online, due to the social isolation recommendations from the CDC and WHO.

Gentle Yoga For Beginners (Focused on Spine and Strengthening)

These classes are focused on asanas, pranayama, deep relaxation, and meditation.

Yoga for Lifestyle Disorders

This popular wellness class is focused on core strengthening, stretches for the spine, sun salutations, deep relaxation, and meditation.

Yoga for Lifestyle Disorders: Gentle and Chair Yoga

This class is focused on degenerative disorders like arthritis, back, neck, and shoulder pain with breath and body synchronization, stretches for spine health, pranayama, deep relaxation, and meditation.

Prenatal Yoga (Online and In-person) On Hold

This class offers women the opportunity to connect with their unborn and establish an overall sense of well-being during this time of rapid physical and emotional change. Through breathing practices, gentle stretches, and deep relaxation, provide your body with improved mental clarity and sleep quality along with building the flexibility, strength, and endurance needed for a smooth delivery. This class will also help alleviate pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, headaches, shortness of breath, and back & body pain. It helps maintain high blood pressure and sugar levels (gestational diabetes).

Yoga For Youth (8 to13 years)

The kid’s classes are centered around concentration as well as endurance. In this well-being yoga and meditation class, kids will learn, how to meditate, poses (asanas), sun salutations, deep relaxation, eye exercises, breathing exercises (pranayama), healthy lifestyles, and much more with fun! The class will be focused on breathing to make their lungs and immunity strong. Recommended for ages 8+ years and up.

Yoga For Teens (13 to18 years)

In this well-being yoga and meditation class, kids will learn, how to meditate, poses (asanas), sun salutations, deep relaxation, eye exercises, breathing exercises (pranayama) along with some theory behind yoga. The class will be focused on breathing to increase awareness and boost immunity. Recommended for ages 14+ years and up. 

Family Yoga

Available In-person OR Online

Build strong family bonds and learn the art of yoga together. These classes will provide a wide variety of practices, perfect for both parents and children. Introduce concepts for a lifetime of well-being while practicing yoga as a family together! Recommended for ages 12 and up.

Group Yoga Class Policies

  • Classes are subject to change of instructor, format, time, or cancellation. Classes with two or fewer participants will be canceled. Classes averaging less than five participants may be subject to rescheduling.
  • A registration and mandatory liability waiver is required before starting in any class.
  • Classes begin promptly and on time. Please arrive five minutes before the start of class. If you are late to the class, please be very quiet and not disturb others.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Shoes of any kind are not allowed, but you may wear slip-resistant socks.
  • Please notify the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions that you may be experiencing.
  • For safety and respectfulness, cell phone use is prohibited during class.
  • Please let your instructor know if you are not able to join the class.
  • If classes are active and you are absent, you still need to pay if you are committed to that class. Make-up classes are another option, so talk to the instructor.
  • If you are going on an extended vacation (more than 2 weeks), please let your instructor know ahead of time through an email or text, not verbally. They might be able to give you credits for the missed classes.
  • 2 weeks advance written notice via email is required if you would like to discontinue.
