Sunglasses also fool your eyes into believing that it is dark and the pupils dilate to bring more light into retina. This also means that there is more UV light hitting your retina.

NIGHT WALK
Helps pupils to expand. Walk in the night for about 40 minutes every week to get the full potential of benefits. This also has a side benefit of producing Melatonin, a necessary hormone that regulates your body’s natural rhythm.
PALMING
Rub your palm together to warm them and gently place them on your eyes with out any pressure.
It takes 6 minutes for retina to clear neurological by products in absence of light. Palming for this much time helps in promoting the eye health, specially if working on the computer or electronics gadgets click to read.
DISTANCE FOCUS
Take 10 minutes of your time during the day 2-3 times to focus on something distant. It helps in compensating for our overuse of close distance look at computer screens, phones and books by flattening the lens and relaxing ciliary muscles
